SHIPPING OUT OF STATE?

You must email/fax the FFL CONFIRMATION FORM to your local FFL if we are shipping your firearm. We MUST have a copy of this form emailed back to us along with the file copy of your LOCAL DEALER's FFL PRIOR to shipping your firearm. No Exceptions.....

Terms and Special Instructions:

Upon arrival at YOUR FFL Holder, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Refer to the conformation email we send you for the required documentation YOU need to bring with you. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm must be handled directly with the manufacturer. 

A 30% restocking fee will be incurred on any returned firearm and any order cancellations due to failed background checks (it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you will pass) and/or failure to pick up firearm from your FFL. ALL returns and/or exchanges must have prior approval and be in the original condition (including factory packaging) when the item left California-Firearms. Any shipping/freight charges incurred as part of the return are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pre-Approved returns must be received within (30) days from the time of purchase.
